Intelligent glowering bikers Radium evolved from vocalist Tabatha Predovich's premature work in a series of musical projects from Minneapolis to London and eventually Detroit. In Minneapolis in 1990, Predovich performed with the improvisational unit Velvet Rat. Her go through and exposure with the band was sufficiency to draw the interest of the band Elysium, and she resettled to England with the band in the outpouring of 1993.
